He had a lead in the first game, but losing the second one. In the decider, the 18 year old Shuttler was losing 0-8 before he was back to level.

"I am quite happy I was able to give the best of me. I am lacking the feel and experience. I was also unable to control the wind and other barriers," said Anthony who is a first timer at the tournament.

Considered as a player being in the same league with world top players, Anthony responded it humbly. He said he would take another year to be at the same level with the starts performing at BIO 2015.

Despite the defeat, Anthony who was the last Indonesian Men's Singles defeated in the category claimed to learn loads of previous lessons. He is determined to be in the same level with his higher ranking players.

"Of all the colleagues, I am in the lowest ranking. I want to catch them up by showing my quality," he said.

Anthony's defeat practically makes Indonesia leave no one in the Men's Singles at BIO 2015 semifinal. In the previous match, Jonatan Christie also failed to semifinal after stunned by Jan O Jorgensen from Denmark, 13-21, 15-21.
