Not being able to calm in the first game didn't damage their ambition to give confident resistance in the second to the decider. They won the next two sets and comfortably placed themselves in the final round held tomorrow, Sunday (7/6).
"We were not able to relax in a fight for remaining points at the end of the first set because we were impatiently wanting to just win the set quickly. In the following two sets, we had more self control, and praise Lord we finally won," Greysia said.
"I am so grateful to be able to win the match, and this is noylt over yet, tomorrow awaits and we should prepare better," Nitya added.
In the final round tomorrow, Greysia/Nitya will take on another China's Women's Doubles pair, Tang Jinhua/Tian Qing. Although in the last encounter at the Australia Open Super Series Greysia Nitya suffered defeat, Greysia admitted they are now ready.
"Another Chinese opponent? Not afraid and we are ready," Greysia added.
